These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zo, also known as Ask Zo, ("Zo", "the Service"), a personal assistant built and operated by Zero8Zero Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By using Zo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zo. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Zo is a personal assistant accessible via WhatsApp and the Zo iOS and Android apps. Zo can help you manage your calendar, draft and send emails, remember things, and carry out other tasks on your behalf. Zo uses publicly available and self-hosted large language models to process your requests.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any devices through which you access Zo. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@zero8zero.com.
You agree not to use Zo to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
If you choose to connect your Google account, you authorise Zo to access your Google Calendar and Gmail on your behalf to carry out actions you request. You may disconnect your Google account at any time through the Zo profile panel, which immediately revokes our access. Our use of Google account data is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Zo generates responses using large language models. While we strive to make Zo as helpful and accurate as possible, responses may occasionally be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. Zo's responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including legal, medical, financial, or other specialised advice. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Zero8Zero Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide to Zo. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
Your use of Zo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep Zo available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zero8Zero Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zero8Zero Labs, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
You may stop using Zo at any time. You may also request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@zero8zero.com. We may terminate or suspend your access at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of Zo after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
